| | Jogged the mile or so down to the 5K "run for the aspirin" downtown, then back. Nice relaxing run. | Add Comment |
| | Jog on the fieldhouse track. Tried running fast and was able to reach a 5:20 pace for about a quarter mile, fast for me as I was thinking 6 min. per mile might be my fastest. I'll try to do a little speed work over the winter so maybe that'll improve my speed at an easy pace on the longer runs. | Add Comment |
