Easy 5 miles in the cold. just under 10 minute pace. Feeling it in the hips.
1 mile to pick up point, then the Tussey Teaser #01. Supposed to be 10 K, but seems a little shorter. Beautiful route, state forest road alongside rhodedendron lined creek, snow, etc. 24 minutes out, just under 22 minutes back. 45:57 total
Hips were bothering me and the weather was atrocious, so I swam a few days last week.
9:30 pace average. Usual Walnut Hollow loop.
