Went out for a long run late morning and over lunch hour. Ended up out for 1hr. 30 min. or so

Morning run just over 5 miles, afternoon run of 6.7 miles.  Avg. about 10 minute pace each.

Tussey Mountainback ultra relay.  First two legs were down hill, but I bonked on the last leg which had lots of ups and downs and one very steep hill for about a mile. Just not enough energy in the tank...
