52 minute run nice and easy, trying to get back onto it after a series of injuries, most unrelated to running.  Ran nice 2 ~ 3 mile trail runs at New York's Letchworth State Park last weekend, and recovery went well.  I've been walking and then jogging barefoot on our local school's well-maintained athletic field, about 25 minutes most days, and I think that has strengthened and stretched my plantar fascia...

9 min. avg. pace on the 5 miles.  Started out slow and ended at about 8:20 pace. Not strained at all, so that's encouraging.  Yesterday I walked barefoot in the fields for 20+ minutes which really helps massage and strengthen my foot muscles, I'm convinced.

hot day, ran 2.5 with my daughter, then another 2.5. pace between 9 and 10 minutes.

Biked out to Dale's Ridge, ran two loops, biked back with Margaret. Total 8 miles biking, 4 miles trail running.  Good workout.

Ran the second half of the Halfway Dam Half trail marathon.  Felt good, but I fell twice on the section I always fall on.  No major injury...it took 1 hr. 37 min.
